Our Services
Custom Metal Inc. offers computerized custom sheet metal systems to fabricate from a single fitting to a complete mechanical air system. Our experienced manufacturing personnel produce galvanized, stainless, satin coat, aluminum, mild steel, and PVS products.
Bending
We offer a wide range of steel bending from 30 gauge to 1/2″ steel.
Cutting
We use water-jet and high definition plasma cutting to ensure precision part edge finish.
Welding
Our welding capabilities include MIG, TIG and Stick Welding to create our products.
Acoustic Plenums
Sound plenums are lined with acoustically absorbent material to reduce mechanical noise.
Insulation
We can install acoustical insulation to any of our products.
Round Fittings
We offer a range of round fittings including Tees, Gorelocked Elbows, Reducers, End Caps, and Couplings.
G-Seal System
G-seal is a silicon rubber seal gasket placed between fittings to provide a maintenance free joint.
Spiral Pipe
Our spiral products range from 4″ to 48″ and from 26 to 20 gauge.
Custom Duct Work
We can manufacture any single fitting to a complete mechanical air system.
